Summer Black Truffles

These Summer black tuffles are sourced straight from the wild in Abruzzo Italy. These burgandy truffles are more powerfully pungent, redolent of rich nutty flavors and a roasted allium aromatics. When fully ripe, there interiors take on a pale coffee color.  White gold veins intricately webbing throughout.  In season for most of the northern hemispheres autumn, these are the beginning of what we regard as true truffle season, from fall to spring.
